Solvia to offer advisory services to international investors for their real estate operations in Spain

Solvia, the real estate division of Banco Sabadell, continues to broaden its activities to consolidate its leadership in the sector and has decided to commence new advisory services aimed at international investors who plan to operate in Spain.

In this particular case, the Solvia professionals are assessing and defining business plans for investment in property and mortgage portfolios in Spain, an innovation for the real estate departments of financial institutions which is already obtaining positive results. This has led us to expand our current team of consultants, says Javier García del Río, general manager of Solvia, who added “we are one of the major sales platforms, but our business also entails real estate development and promotion, sales to investors, and asset management and now we are adding advisory services for major international investors”. Javier García also sets out that “we have decided to recruit for Solvia exerts with great experience in the property market and also have a unique database to ascertain the real market prices – in this case our own sales, as we are one of the servicers that has carried out most operations over recent years”. 

And it is to further this sales success that Solvia has launched a new property sales campaign, one of whose key messages is "Behind every great home there is always a greater personal advisor".  So in addition to the attractive product offering and discounts of Banco Sabadell, there exists the commitment to provide its customers with specialised advice above and beyond the usual market standards. 

It should be noted that Solvia sold a total of 7,541 properties in the first semester of 2014, for the sum of 1,319 million euros, an increase of the profitability targets set at the beginning of the year. Since 2011, the Banco Sabadell real estate division has sold over 40,000 homes and Solvia is now leader in brand awareness among the financial operators of the country.
