According to Ignacio Camí, Assistant General Manager, “this operation forms part of the reorganisation of our insurance group and is an important step in realising an insurance portfolio that, at the 31st of December 2013, consisted of 162,000 policies and premiums totalling 31 million euros”.
By virtue of this agreement, SCOR Global Life will take over the portfolio's risks in relation to its quota share and Banco Sabadell will continue to sell life insurance through the insurance companies in its group and its commercial network
